- I accept exchanges and can offer store credit but no refunds. Please contact me within 7 days of purchase or delivery. Items must be shipped back within 14 days and costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
- Items must be in brand new condition and include all packaging and or tags. The buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
- Custom orders are final sale. That being said I am happy to work with you to create a piece that you will love and treasure.

Shipping
- All orders are shipped via Canada Post Expedited or Express Parcel in a bubble mailer and can take up to 7 days within Canada. Please allow additional time for remote locations. Shipping is a flat rate of $15 for Canadian orders totalling less than $99. Orders over $99 include FREE SHIPPING.
- Due to the handmade nature of my designs it can take anywhere from 3-7 days for your order to ship. If you need it sooner please put a note in the comments section of your order and I will contact you to arrange rush delivery. Rush delivery may include an additional charge.
- Please contact me for an international quote. It can take 1-14+ business days to arrive depending on location.
- Unfortunately due to the rising costs of fuel I have implemented a new delivery system. You will see two local options upon checkout. You may choose $5 local delivery and I will drop your order at your door or your may pick up your order at Corridor Shop & Events in downtown Fort McMurray. Deliveries are scheduled once a week so there may be delay in delivery after your order is placed. If you need your items right away please reach out and we can figure it out.
-Local deliveries will be attempted one time and the item will be left on your doorstep if nobody is home. Choosing delivery means you understand that any package, once left on your doorstep, is no longer my responsibility. That being said I have never had any issues in the past but I wanted to cover that just in case.
-Free local pickup at Corridor Shop and Events is available Monday-Saturday 10-6pm, and Sunday 12-5pm.
